Most Deliveries are operating on schedule (delays caused by local regulations are possible), and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our customers as well as our employees.  Their are always some exceptions to the shipping policy in place right now because of Covid-19, so as we would usually get orders shipped out between 2-5 days we are now estimating it will be closer to 5-10 (if the product is in stock).

We are working around the clock to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them and delivered in the safest way possible.

  • We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
  • Across all of our facilities and delivery operations, we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent handwashing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment.
  • Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option, and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.
  • Due to increased order volume, delivery could take up to 20-60 business days (on rare occasions). You will receive an email with tracking number when your order is shipped.  Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.
